Like last year’s virtual event that consolidated nine shows and was a grand success, HKTDC is launching a brand-new sourcing event, the HKTDC International Sourcing Show. This will consolidate seven HKTDC trade fairs originally scheduled to be held in spring. The new event will run from March to July 2021 and will be held in online and physical formats, exploring business opportunities across a range of industries.

With this arrangement, industry players will be able to use the HKTDC’s dedicated online exhibition platform to attract early interest with business matching and virtual meetings in March, and to follow on with more business opportunities from the physical fair in July when the pandemic will hopefully subside. HKTDC believes the online-offline model of International Sourcing Show will create synergy, and assist exhibitors and buyers to make early arrangements to cope with the post-pandemic “new normal”.
The seven exhibitions include the HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, HKTDC Hong Kong Baby products Fair, HKTDC Hong Kong Houseware Fair, HKTDC Hong Kong International Home Textiles and Furnishings Fair, HKTDC Hong Kong Fashion Week, HKTDC Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair, and the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair (co-organised with CIEC Exhibition Company (HK) Limited).
Also HKTDC has decided to hold the next Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) on 13-16 April 2022 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition), organised by the HKTDC and electronicAsia, jointly organised by the HKTDC and MMI Asia Pte Ltd, will be held concurrently at the same venue from 13-16 October 2021, as planned.
